Founded in 2006, Bridge Recruitment Services Ltd has supplied over 1000 companies with temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

We find jobs and careers in construction, security, administration/clerical, air/sea/road freight, and many other industries.

Following on from the success of Bridge Recruitment supplying construction workers and security staff, Bridge Security Services Ltd was formed in 2014 to provide a comprehensive portfolio of security services.

The Bridge Group operates from our head office in Ashford Surrey with satellite offices in Luton Bedfordshire and North Wales. Our extensive database and access to on-line job boards provides for a truly nationwide service.

The Bridge Group achieved ISO accreditation in 2013 for recruitment services.

Bridge Recruitment is CHAS accredited, Bridge Security is SMAS accredited. 

Bridge Recruitment has been a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation since 2006.

Our construction sales team can provide a quotation and supply anything from a site labourer to a multi-trade team for demolition works, new build housing, commercial & industrial projects, refurbishments and shopfitting contracts.

Our commercial team can provide all types of clerical, administration and management personnel, as well as warehouse and factory operatives.
