Michael has worked in the recruitment for 25+ years. In 2006, with Chris Hibberd, the Bridge Group was created.
Michael constantly aims to improve the customer experience by increasing service levels and utilising technology to complement services.
In his limited spare time he's a keen cyclist, golfer, swimmer and hopes to complete his first triathlon in 2021. He completed a 780 mile cycle ride from John o’ Groats to Land’s End in 2010 for charity. He is a devoted family man with a beautiful wife, four children, a dog and two cats. He enjoys socialising, good food and wine.

Chris has over twenty years’ experience supplying labour hire services to the security, logistics and construction industries. He has developed long term business relationships with a number of the top 100 building contractors. He is proud of his recruitment knowledge and places a high priority on the quality of his and his teams’ service levels.
Chris is one of the founders of the Bridge group of companies and previously worked for two national recruitment agencies prior to the formation of Bridge.
Chris’s passion for golf affords him a single figure handicap. He enjoys time with his family, walking the dog and listening to music.

Geoff Whiffin

Geoff started working for the Bridge Group in June 2006 which makes him the longest serving member apart from the Directors.
He is responsible for the financial health of the company, Geoff works closely with our Managing Director to develop financial strategies and help achieve long-term financial goals.
Initially trained as a Computer Programmer and Analyst before it was called IT, Geoff has been instrumental in the development of the systems used at Bridge Security which keep us running effectively and efficiently.
Outside of Bridge Recruitment, Geoff enjoys choral singing and is a Treasurer for one of the choirs he sings in, and a charity trustee.

David started working for the Bridge Group in July 2011, meaning he has worked with our sister company Bridge Security since its inception.
His work is of huge importance to the day-to-day running of the business. He has an active role within the finance side of the company, and works closely with pretty much everybody in the company as a result.
Dave loves football, and is a loyal Arsenal fan. Like much of the office, he enjoys playing golf and is working on lowering his handicap.

Chloe-Lee started working as the Administration Manager for our sister company Bridge Security in April 2016 and since then has stepped up into position of Compliance Manager. She is of South African descent, and moved to the UK at the age of 19 where she started her career in recruitment specialising in Aviation, Administration and Security. Chloe-Lee works alongside the Managing Director, ensuring that the business, its employees and its projects comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. In her spare time, she enjoys pole fitness, playing hockey, spending time with her family and is a general lover of dogs.

Her vast experience within the construction industry is a huge advantage and many of her clients have remained loyal to her for 2 decades. Outside of work she and her fiance are busy refurbishing their cottage on the outskirts of Snowdonia, indulging her passion for interior design and creative art and when time permits she loves nothing more than riding her motorbike and socialising with like-minded friends.

Alan celebrated his 30 years in recruitment and labour supply industry this year. Over the years he has been involved in various sectors including Industrial, Logistics, M & E and Construction.
For the last ten years his expertise has been used in the Shop Fitting and Interiors area of the business. He has a number of repeat clients who constantly involve him in all aspects when planning their new-build and refurbishment programmes both in the UK and Europe. He has assisted in the growth of several companies by helping their geographical expansion by sourcing good local staff for sites to reduce travel and accommodation costs of their own workers and also allow these resources to be spread around projects.
