About the Role
Digger Driver/360 Excavator Operator
We are looking for an experienced Digger Driver who can operate a 360 excavator (with grapple) for project based in Tonbridge.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of excavation processes and demonstrate proficiency in operating excavators above 10 tonnes.
Main Duties:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to perform digging, grading, and site preparation tasks.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on machinery to ensure safe and efficient functioning.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to excavation projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- CPCS card or NPORS
- Relevant experience
- Contactable references
Job Details:
- Start: 29th of October
- Standard hours 8am-5pm
- Monday to Friday – weekly pay
- Location: TN10, Tonbridge
- Rate: £24p/h
