Contracts Manager
Location: Woodford, NE London
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a well-established and successful business? My client specialises in refurbishment, fit-outs and new-build schemes across the South East and London. Projects range in commercial and housing sectors. Project values range from £500, 000 to £15Million.
Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects simultaneously, handling general contracts management duties, liaising with clients, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Must have a least 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager
- Experience working on more than 1 project at one time
- Proven experience in New-Build projects
- Time served/qualified Contracts Manager
- Ability to commute to Woodford
- Willingness to travel to sites within London and the Home Counties
- Previous experience in the public sector or similar projects
