About the Role
Customer Services Agent for our Key Accounts
Mon-Fri 8:30 to 17:30 or 9:00 to 18:00.
- Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
- Liaising with agents and managers nationally and internationally, ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments
- Building client relationships with key accounts
- Helping with distribution projects, where necessary
- Confidently quoting clients and obtaining special options/costs where necessary
- Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive tracking
- Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
- Completing daily/monthly reports
- Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls
- Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
- Completing customer bookings on our in-house system
