About the Role

Customer Service Agent – Heathrow

Salary:             £20k - £22k

Hours:             Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch break

Holiday:           20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

Main accountabilities include:

  • Answering customer queries via both email & telephone within a timely manner.
  • Opening and resolving queries raised in relation to track and trace.
  • Running reports and tracking overseas Agents for information on deliveries to ensure on time performance.
  • Responding to customer requests for documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven previous experience of working within a similar role within an international Courier Company or similar.
  • A high level of customer service skills.
  • Good and accurate data entry skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS Office – including outlook and excel.
