About the Role
Customer Service Agent – Heathrow
Salary: £20k - £22k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch break
Holiday: 20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

Main accountabilities include:
- Answering customer queries via both email & telephone within a timely manner.
- Opening and resolving queries raised in relation to track and trace.
- Running reports and tracking overseas Agents for information on deliveries to ensure on time performance.
- Responding to customer requests for documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven previous experience of working within a similar role within an international Courier Company or similar.
- A high level of customer service skills.
- Good and accurate data entry skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Knowledge of MS Office – including outlook and excel.
