Our client is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team in Southall. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel functions.
Job Role:
- Processing, coding and entering purchase orders, invoices and expense forms.
- Allocating receipts and credit notes against invoices.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered.
- Liaise with suppliers and credit customers and exchange statement of account (SOA)
- Credit control
- Daily filing documentations and maintaining account records.
- Assisting with ad hoc analysis/report to support the team.
- Reconciling bank statement with Sage
- Preparing intercompany reports
