Michael has worked in the recruitment for 25+ years. In 2006, with Chris Hibberd, the Bridge Group was created. 

Michael constantly aims to improve the customer experience by increasing service levels and utilising technology to complement services.

In his limited spare time he's a keen cyclist, golfer, swimmer and hopes to complete his first triathlon in 2021. He completed a 780 mile cycle ride from John o’ Groats to Land’s End in 2010 for charity. He is a devoted family man with a beautiful wife, four children, a dog and two cats. He enjoys socialising, good food and wine.

Chris Hibberd

Chris has over twenty years’ experience supplying labour hire services to the security, logistics and construction industries. He has developed long term business relationships with a number of the top 100 building contractors. He is proud of his recruitment knowledge and places a high priority on the quality of his and his teams’ service levels.

Chris is one of the founders of the Bridge group of companies and previously worked for two national recruitment agencies prior to the formation of Bridge.

Chris’s passion for golf affords him a single figure handicap. He enjoys time with his family, walking the dog and listening to music.

David McGregor

Finance Manager

Dave started working for the Bridge Group in July 2011 in the role of Payroll Administrator, quickly progressing to Payroll Manager, and as of December 2022 was promoted to Finance Manager whilst still retaining some Payroll Manager duties.

His work is of huge importance to the day-to-day running of the business working closely with everybody in the company. If anybody needs to know anything, Dave is the man to ask.

Dave loves sports, particularly football & NFL, and is a loyal fan of Arsenal & San Francisco 49ers. Occasionally you will find him walking around a golf course hoping to keep his score down below 100.

Chloe-Lee Clifton

Chloe-Lee started working as the Administration Manager for our sister company Bridge Security in April 2016 and since then has stepped up into position of Compliance Manager. She is of South African descent, and moved to the UK at the age of 19 where she started her career in recruitment specialising in Aviation, Administration and Security. Chloe-Lee works alongside the Managing Director, ensuring that the business, its employees and its projects comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. In her spare time, she enjoys pole fitness, playing hockey, spending time with her family and is a general lover of dogs.

Sandra Nugent

Sandra has worked at Bridge since 2006.

Working closely with clients to ensure that payments are made on time, Sandra’s role is of great importance to the health of the company.

Sandra enjoys keeping fit and socialising.

With over 25 years experience in recruitment, Michelle has been with Bridge since 2010 and is well established within the Bridge team. Her vast experience within the construction industry is a huge advantage and many of her clients have remained loyal to her for 2 decades. Outside of work she and her fiance are busy refurbishing their cottage on the outskirts of Snowdonia, indulging her passion for interior design and creative art and when time permits she loves nothing more than riding her motorbike and socialising with like-minded friends.

Georgia has worked at Bridge Recruitment since 2013 graduating through the ranks up to senior consultant. Georgia excels at creating loyal relationships with clients which has led to long term business results. She mainly specialises in supplying flooring and painting contractors. She enjoys socialising with friends, going to the gym and supports Leeds United FC.

Shally Bains started with Bridge Recruitment to head up the Freight & Commercial department. Shally comes with many years’ experience within the recruitment industry specialisng in Construction and Freight within the aviation industry. 

Rosie Hart

Rosie started working for Bridge as a Resourcer /Administrator in our Ashford Office but has since moved over to accounts were she now works as Payroll Administrator. Rosie previously worked as a Compliance Officer in the Aviation and Warehouse industry where she gained experience working in a fast paced work environment and dealing with a variety of people on a day to day basis. In her spare time Rosie enjoys socialising with family and friends, going on long scenic walks with her two dogs and exploring new places up down the country.

Mark is a highly experienced recruitment professional with extensive knowledge of Construction, Shopfitting, Industrial and Driving Recruitment. He has excellent track record of establishing and growing start-up and transforming under-performing businesses.

He has a proven ability to motivate, lead and manage a team.  He also has the ability to manage internal and external suppliers to defined service levels and quality measures.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Georgie treasures her role as a parent to two wonderful children, aged 6 and 11. While her spare moments are primarily dedicated to family activities, she indulges in her passion for fine dining and entertainment whenever the opportunity arises.
